How is my order shipped
A:
We ship all orders tracked with PostNord

Q:
When will my order ship
A:
I aim to send parcels once a week, so please give it up to 5 working days before you item will be shipped. 

Please note the parcels are shipped from Sweden, you as the customer are responsible for any customs and tax and customs fee that might incur in your region. 

Returns
Q:
Can I return stocked items.
A:
You have a 14 day returns period from delivery of the goods on stock items, you the customer will need to pay the cost of return of the goods. The goods needs to arrive in sellable condition with the labels intact. You will need to pay the delivery fee for the return.

Can I make returns on custom orders

No, we do not accept returns on custom dyed orders.
